• read some books, talk about them
• talk about what interests us
• specifying which elements are most interesting
i.e. Moses' housing projects vs. highways/bridges/tunnels
• Alex as keeper of text, brainstorm to flesh out bullet-point scenes etc.
Henry Stern -- until recently, NYC Parks Commissioner
• maybe get him in the show?
• he's a Moses fanatic, bit of a publicity hound
